I found the rooms spacious and well kept. The breakfast was great (especially the variety). The staff was helpful and accommodating to every request I made. I also appreciated the prompt and high-quality laundry service.
The pool was somewhat small, and there were not many sunbeds available.

The breakfast layout was pretty good, I found several options suitable for a pure vegetarian diet. The staff at the restaurant offered amazing service!!! The front desk team was always helpful and forthcoming. I really liked that the Burj Khalifa and a major shopping center are within a comfortable walking distance.
The fridge in the room was empty. It would be nice to have some snacks or drinks available upon arrival.

The entire staff, including restaurant personnel like Muhammad, provided hospitable, courteous, and helpful service at all times. The front desk team consisting of Shreya, Princess, and Heshma was always quick to assist guests with a positive attitude.

the hotel had daily cleaning service. that was very convenient. i also found the warm cookies upon arrival to be a charming touch. the location was fairly close to downtown.
Early check-in was not possible. I noticed other guests waiting in the lobby. the receptionist was quite serious and did not smile. the breakfast selection was not great. i have not had such a poor breakfast in a long time.
